DC Studios and Warner Bros. Animation announced an TV series called "Absolute Batman". The show will draw upon a large‑scale Batman comic. It is one of three projects displayed at a combined presentation in Annecy. The other two are "Krypto" and "Joker: Laugh Riot". The announcement was reported by Deadline, The Hollywood Reporter and Variety on 25 June 2026. Warner Bros. Animation will develop the series. It will add to the studio’s expanding line‑up of superhero cartoons.
