Warm Namaste from Nepal and many many thanks for the help,Yes friend
me and my family are fine here and my doughtier Alisha is doing good
in Korea.These season i did not have much work,i only done two small
trek with Gunnar so i amm much free so recently i have joined tour day
Barpack cycling trip ,Barpak is a nice village in northern part of
gorkha and it is a epic center of earth quake so we cycle from
Kathmandu to Gorkha and from there all the way to Barpack village,and
from there we came back to Kathmandu.Before that i have been to
chepang village and everythings are going well there and school
started from mid April and about week teachers and school committee
members went to all around the village and told all he parents to send
their kids to school and i buy books for the school student from the
money which you have sent to us,this year we will have more then
hundred student in our school,It is same they do it in shangrila
village and they are also doing very good,by the way i have not paid
the teacher salary because money which you have sent us it is enough
for buying books for the school student so i did not have money to
paid the teacher salary and i told to the teacher that when Lars sent
money i will come with it.These days we do not have rain here so
people are facing drinking water problem here in all over the
country.Mid may one of the cycling company organised cycling trip to
Rara lake and they inform to me to join this trip but i told to them i
will not joining the trip because i do not have money to go there.

For to år siden annoncerede jeg her, at vores NGO-projekt i Nepal fik sin egen hjemmeside, roshansfriends.org. Behovet for hjælp er ikke blevet mindre i dag, et år efter jordskælvet, hvor næsten 9.000 mennesker mistede livet, det tredobbelte antal blev alvorligt sårede og tusindvis af mennesker mistede deres hjem. Pga. bureaukrati, korruption og Indiens utidige indblanding i Nepals indre anliggender med at få vedtaget en grundlov, er alle de millioner, som det internationale samfund donerede efter jordskælvet, endnu ikke kommet ud til de mennesker, der trænger mest. De penge vi indsamler går direkte – og under den statslige radar – til Chepang-området, 4 timers kørsel øst for Kathmandu. Når vi bliver sat af ved vejen, går vi en halv dag op ad bjerget, til vi når den øverste landsby Chepang Gaon, hvor det hele startede. Vores lokale ven Roshan besøger landsbyen ca. 4 gange om året og drøfter med klanlederen, hvor de største behov for hjælp er. Vi arbejder ud fra princippet om hjælp til selvhjælp, og støtter derfor uddannelse og sundhed, fx lærerlønninger, medicinsk hjælp, undervisningsmidler, genplantning af træer, vandforsyning, voksenuddannelse, produktion af hirse og honning, bygning af skorstene m.v.
